No matter how developed or westernized our society can change, the root nature of caste feeling just does not seem to change. Unfortunately, this starts right at the base of the political parties and leaders who are meant to be leading the state and nation in harmony.

Something like that is said to have happened between TRS head K Chandrasekhar Rao and its party members Srinivasa Reddy, G Balakrishna Reddy who left after that. Apparently, both of them were said to have given their heart and soul for the party during the election time but in vain.

Sources say that they were hurt badly as KCR criticized them on caste lines and it is also said that he hardly gave respect for Reddys when compared to Velamas. Though KCR tried to ‘buy back’ his rebels at a later stage, the duo is said to have refrained from getting back for the same reason.
